Clean Coal Technologies, Inc. Has Answered All SEC Comments on Form 10
CORAL SPRINGS, Fla.-- Doug Hague, President and Chief Operating Officer of Clean Coal Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CCTC), announced today that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") has notified the Company that its review of the Company's Form 10 Registration Statement, as amended, has been completed as of October 7, 2009. The Company's Form 10 was submitted to the SEC on January 14, 2009, with the final amendment filed September 29, 2009.
