Change in U.S. Political Administration Bolsters Opportunities for CCTI

NEW YORK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / November 9, 2016 / Clean Coal Technologies, Inc., (OTC: CCTC) ("CCTI" or the "Company"), an emerging cleaner-energy company utilizing patented technology to convert untreated coal into a cleaner burning and more efficient fuel, today announced that the recent electoral vote in the US has overnight renewed confidence and opportunities in the landscape for the coal industry and related clean coal technologies in the US.

Management will host a webcast on Tuesday, November 15th 2016 at 12:00 PM EST to discuss these opportunities in more detail. Dial-in details will be posted on the CCTI website in advance of the call.

"The unwarranted assault on the coal industry over the last 24 months has made an abrupt change of course with the election of Donald Trump into the White House, and it has created significant opportunity for the coal industry to start rebuilding this vital energy source in the US, both for domestic production and consumption and also a start to rebuild the decimated export market," said Robin Eves President and CEO. "We, at CCTI, always maintained that the solution was in developing newer, more efficient technologies in order to reduce the carbon footprint of coal, and we are delighted to see an immediate and positive uptick in demand for, and interest in, our technology here in the US," added Mr Eves.

"This does not just impact the US coal market," added CCTI COO, Aiden Neary. "Management of CCTI have just returned from a visit to Australia where a major domestic coal producer has requested a strategic partnership with CCTI to deploy our technology across the Australian market. In conjunction with the ongoing due diligence being performed by the US strategic investor, this significantly expands opportunities for CCTI to deploy our tested and proven technology. Further details of this opportunity will be discussed on our webcast."
